BWE Ltd offers detailed training courses, usually of 1 week duration. The course covers the theory and practice of all aspects of the system and is usually scheduled during the inspection and testing of the customer's equipment at Ashford. Delegates become familiar with their equipment and also have the opportunity to gain operating experience with supervised operation of the BWE Ltd development machine. |
Courses are in English so that it may be necessary for the customer to send a suitably qualified interpreter. Such a person is also necessary when commissioning engineers are operating on site. After commissioning the full engineering resources of BWE Ltd are available to the customer by telephone, fax or e-mail. In the event that a problem cannot be resolved by these means, there is a team of specialist BWE engineers available to visit the customer and resolve any issue on site. |
